Citações budistas curtas
Por alguns anos usei um cliente de email que me permitia adicionar uma citação aleatória ao final de cada correspondência. Essa prática nos remete às BBSs, onde programas como o Blue Wave tinham várias opções para acumular "taglines", que como frases de caminhão se agrupavam ao fim de cada mensagem. Muitas pessoas, porém, desconhecendo a natureza aleatória e mecânica da escolha, pensavam que os ditos se aplicavam a eles, e que haveriam sido escolhidos por mim como alguma espécie de moral que eu estava pregando junto com a resposta. Dessa forma apliquei a esses cookies/taglines o título "conselho para mim mesmo" — imitando o famoso poema de Patrul Rinpoche. Aqui estão todos eles.
